   Senior Product Manager, Innovation

   • Led the new Poki homepage and personal recommendations of new games, now live on poki.com.
   • Innovation work meant fast prototyping. Several ideas reached a working prototype and were stopped before launch. Deciding what not to ship was part of the job.
2. Stack Overflow2019 to 2023

   Staff Product Manager

   • Led the OverflowAI IDE extension from the first idea and customer research to the alpha launch in 2023.
   • Took Collectives on Stack Overflow from idea to launch with Google Cloud and Go, then grew it with Intel, GitLab, Twilio and others.
   • Grew advertising revenue by double digits year over year, improving in-house ad products and adding third-party ones.

   • Accountable for all company revenue, turning strategy into revenue targets and projects for the team.
   • Shaped the advertising product roadmap with brands, ad partners and the founders.

   • Rebuilt the website, brought Salesforce into the sales flow, and ran SEO and SEM for B2B and B2C leads.
