10+ years shipping products in teams, and now also building my own.

Braindex

Side project, 2026

My knowledge was spread over meetings, AI chats, documents and tasks, each locked in its own tool. Braindex pulls it into one place as plain text files I own, with summaries and links between people, projects and topics. Any AI agent can search it.

Flow

Fanimal, 2026

Fanimal ran on an off-the-shelf CRM that shaped how Fanny worked, not the other way around. I built Flow so we own the data and the workflows: leads, emails and bookings in one timeline, AI-drafted replies, payments and invoices, all fitted to her business.

Football Quiz

Side project, 2026

A football quiz I built for myself, now live in five languages. Guess the player from their career, fill a tic tac toe grid, or name the team. A nightly job builds new games every gameweek for seven leagues.
